As Marketing Division Manager at Aquatech Consultancy, Inc. (ACI), Meagan Svendsen brings over 25 years of business development experience, including 15 within the common-interest, multifamily, and commercial construction industries.

With a background in architecture and expertise in building envelope systems, she bridges the gap between design intent and real-world performance through strategic collaboration, forensic investigation, and enclosure testing.

Meagan holds a B.S. in Business Marketing from CSU Sacramento and is active in CAI, CACM, and ECHO. A Past President of WESTCON and current Board Member of NeighborWorks America Sacramento, she is known for fostering strong industry partnerships.

Outside of work, Meagan is a certified Bikram and Yin Yoga instructor who values daily practice and balanced living.
