Rick Swensen is a Senior Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily spent working for contractors, consultants and manufacturers focusing on developing solutions for complex roofing, waterproofing, wall cladding, facades, rain screen and curtain wall assemblies with a special focus on integrating these systems into architectural sheet metal applications.

Rick’s core competencies include performance of leak investigations, remedial design development, forensic testing, moisture surveys, spray testing, and destructive testing of existing roof, wall, and window assemblies to create a remedial repair scope of work, including plans, details, and specifications. Mr. Swensen has also served as an IOR, responsible for onsite inspection of ongoing construction work and has experience in conducting property condition assessments, developing remedial cost estimates, reviewing plans, and providing construction administration services.
