Renovation and Retrofitting
We assist clients with existing buildings that require updates or modifications by evaluating various systems and providing tailored recommendations. Aquatech has a full BIM drafting department and has extensive experience in providing drawings and specifications for projects of varying scale and complexity.

Architectural Services
We offer Architectural Services to institutional clients and building owners, particularly those who begin with forensic investigations. Following our assessments, we can develop the necessary documentation for construction based on our recommendations. Depending on project size, we may collaborate with a project architect to focus solely on the building envelope design or manage the entire architectural scope, including design, permitting, bidding, and project supervision on behalf of the owner.
- Construction documentation
- Envelope design coordination
- Design, permitting, bidding, and supervision as scoped

Building Science
Our Building Science services assist clients with architectural backgrounds and forensic investigations in evaluating the performance of building envelope elements, such as walls and roofs, in their environmental contexts. We assess condensation issues in existing structures and predict potential problems in new designs. Leveraging our team’s extensive experience and software tools like WUFI, we analyze the physical properties of various envelope assemblies to evaluate their behavior.
- Wall and roof assembly evaluation
- Condensation assessment
- Assembly analysis using tools such as WUFI
