QC Site Observations
Our Quality Control site observations monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, manufacturer’s requirements, local regulations, and industry standards. Collaborating closely with the contractor, our experienced team evaluates workmanship, materials, and installation practices to achieve a successful project. This partnership helps fulfill the design and owner’s ultimate goals while mitigating potential issues and enhancing overall quality.
- Site observations of enclosure work
- Review against drawings and specifications
- Coordination with the contractor

Third Party Warranty Inspections
We conduct Third Party Warranty Inspections, which are often required by manufacturers to qualify for higher-end warranties. Our team is continually trained on various manufacturers’ requirements to ensure we meet their inspection standards. This impartial evaluation reviews workmanship and materials against industry standards, helping to protect the interests of building owners and ensure compliance with warranty obligations.
- Manufacturer-specific inspection requirements
- Workmanship and material review
- Independent installation evaluation

Fenestration Testing
As a Certified FGIA (formerly AAMA) Field Testing Agency, we conduct comprehensive fenestration testing to assess the performance of windows, doors, and other openings. Following AAMA standards 501, 502, and 503, along with ASTM standards E1105 and E783, we focus on air and water infiltration. Our commitment to maintaining high certification standards through regular monitoring by FGIA ensures that these elements meet project and industry standards for moisture resistance and energy efficiency.
- Window, door, and opening performance testing
- Air infiltration testing
- Water penetration testing

Testing and Diagnostics
We offer comprehensive testing and diagnosis services as part of our quality control solutions for contractors and building owners. Specializing in building envelope evaluation, our services follow ASTM and FGIA (formerly AAMA) standards, ensuring that construction elements comply with project specifications or manufacturer guidelines. This process, conducted during construction, provides assurance that installed materials meet required standards. Additionally, our diagnostic services help identify compliance issues early, allowing for timely corrections that save both time and cost.
- Building envelope performance evaluation
- Testing against project requirements
- Early identification of installation concerns

Smoke Testing
Our smoke testing service is primarily used to verify the effectiveness of slab gas barriers. By introducing smoke into the system, we can confirm that these barriers meet their required performance standards. This effective method helps ensure compliance with safety regulations and enhances overall building integrity by preventing the intrusion of harmful gases.
- Slab gas barrier evaluation
- Smoke introduction to the barrier system
- Assessment against required performance
