David Piper has over 25 years of experience in the field of architecture. With a focus on technically challenging projects such as hospitals, labs, and aquarium facilities, David also has a depth of experience in affordable housing, having focused on housing in San Francisco for the last 6 years. 

Mr. Piper is a California licensed Architect since 1999, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a Registered Exterior Wall Consultant (REWC). David holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. His professional memberships include American Institute of Architects (AIA), International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC), ASTM International, and United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
