Eduardo Carranza is a Principal and licensed Engineer with ACI. He has over 28 years of experience in the building enclosure industry. His construction litigation experience includes forensic work in cases related to construction defects, contract management, cost and time changes, personal injury, and failed waterproofing. Mr. Carranza has both courtroom and arbitration experience and is a qualified expert witness.

Eduardo is a Licensed General Contractor (B), a Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC), a Registered Exterior Wall Consultant (REWC), and an AAMA Fenestration Master. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering, a Construction Management Certificate, and an MBA. Mr. Carranza is an active member of Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA – formerly AAMA), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Concrete Institute (ACI), ASTM International, and International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC).
