Eduardo Carranza is a Principal and a licensed Engineer in California and Nevada. He has more than 25 years of experience in the building enclosure industry. He has specialized in construction litigation resulting from construction defects, contract management, cost changes, personal injury and waterproofing. His expertise also includes construction economics, scheduling, analysis of liability, building science, forensic investigation, quality assurance, building envelope, and construction management.

Eduardo is a Licensed General Contractor, RWC, REWC, and FGIA Fenestration Master. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering, a Construction Management Certificate, and an MBA. Eduardo is an active member of FGIA, ASCE, ACI, ASTM International, and IIBEC.
