Wayne L. Scholten

Wayne Scholten has more than 30 years of diverse experience in construction and construction consulting. His broad field experience includes investigation and evaluation of various existing roof systems, design of new and replacement roofs, decks and walls, construction site management, and quality control. Wayne’s background enables him to incorporate a comprehensive approach in forensic investigation, evaluation, specifications, and design for a wide variety of clients.

An experienced building envelope consultant, Mr. Scholten’s project involvement includes building component assessment using destructive and non-destructive techniques for identification of moisture infiltration. He has demonstrated his expertise in specification writing, construction cost estimating, on-site project management, and quality control on a wide variety of projects throughout California.
