Aquatech can provide third-party owner’s representiative services for larger more complex projects. As Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa) Aquatech represents the interest of the owner throughout the duration of the project. Owners use CMa’s to supplement their internal management and administrative capabilities and address gaps in services rendered by the design professional, commissioning agent, and construction contractor.
