Marcos Morales is an adept AutoCAD user and assists other consultants by creating waterproofing details. He assists with field water performance testing, site visits, and site observations, and drone work when needed. Marcos works alongside other consultants to provide cost to rebuild estimates. For homeowners without architectural plans to use for takeoffs and estimates, Marcos uses a combination of homeowners’ photos, sketches, and descriptions, plus Google Earth images, to create handmade sketches of the entire property. He then uses AutoCAD to illustrate the details of the house or buildings. This allows him to do the takeoffs and complete the final cost estimate for the property.

Marcos has a degree in Civil Engineering from San Francisco State University. He is a licensed drone pilot which enables him to capture both aerial photos and video of properties and of multistory buildings without alternative means of viewing the exterior.
