Tedd A. Waddell has provided over 25 years of professional waterproofing consulting services specific to the avoidance of moisture intrusion problems and buildings’ water resistance. He has collaborated with a wide range of professionals—including Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Attorneys, and Owners—to provide consulting services in support of design development, construction documents, construction administration, construction defect analysis, forensic evaluation, and litigation and mediation support. Tedd’s areas of specialization include sub-grade waterproofing, plaza waterproofing, balcony waterproofing, architectural flashing and sheet metal, fenestration, cladding integration, roofing, and green roof waterproofing. Mr. Waddell has extensive experience in the design and installation of storefront windows and curtain wall systems.

Tedd has completed over 15,000 hours of technologically competent building envelope consulting services pursuant to roof, exterior wall, window, waterproofing, and quality assurance observation for many light industrial, commercial, mixed use, and residential projects including the educational, health care, high tech, and hospitality industries.

Mr. Waddell holds a B-Arch Degree from California College of the Arts (CCA) San Francisco. His professional memberships include American Institute of Architects (AIA), International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC), Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), and Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA).
