Rod Calkum is the Quality Control (QC) Division Manager at Aquatech Consultancy, Inc (ACI). He has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry as a designer, supervisor, and multi-discipline tradesman. Rod’s current responsibilities focus on management, scheduling, and development of the QC Division, in direct charge of ACI’s accredited AAMA Field Testing Agency, and overseeing estimating, scheduling and compliance for that group. He also provides detail design and enclosure system development, construction document preparation, assembly verification and performance testing for clients including architects, developers, building owners and contractors, in addition to investigative and litigation-supportservices related to construction defect matters. Rod has extensive experience in fenestration testing and is proficient in the planning, completion and evaluation of testing conducted on fenestration and other building enclosure assemblies.

Prior to joining Aquatech, Rod provided project management, property and construction claims investigations, subrogation and litigation support services for insurance and legal professionals nationwide with a global engineering and consulting firm.
